Very Flexible Part-time Position averaging 15-25 hours per week. Perfect hours for someone with school age children or someone seeking part-time work.
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role - Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Knowledge of office procedures and equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers). Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Bilingual is a plus but not necessary.
*Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office by carrying out administrative duties such as filing, copying, document organization, faxing, scanning, and general assistance to the management team etc.
*Performs general office housekeeping, maintaining office supplies inventory, etc.
