Responsibilities: - Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner
- Maintain confidentiality of patient personal information.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Assist with scanning charts into EHR system.
- Filing charts
- Record and distribute notes
The Perfect Candidate:
- Detail-oriented.
- Able to multitask.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of MS office.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records software is a plus.
- Experience in healthcare is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
