Chiropractic/Massage Office Assistant

Back To Health Chiropractic is seeking a qualified Office Assistant for our chiropractic and massage clinic. We’re an established and growing clinic based in Loveland. This position is full time 30-40 hours per week. We have a tight knit team and pride ourselves on our family atmosphere. Employees receive PTO, employee discounts and free chiropractic care!

Duties include:

• Answering phones
• Collecting and processing payments
• Filing, scanning, copying
• Data entry
• Scheduling appointments
• Basic office cleaning
• Basics of insurance (don't worry, we train you)
• other tasks as required to serve our patients

We are a busy clinic and we need help. A cheerful attitude and a willingness to efficiently do whatever is needed to help our clients and teammates are both necessary. A basic understanding of how to work with computers is a must. You will also need to be willing to learn how different insurance policies work with chiropractic care, but we provide all training on this. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
