Job Overview:
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Prefer Candidates within 30 minutes or less driving time.
This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, spreadsheet creation, emailing, and maintenance of filing system and contacts database
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
- Skills: Comfortable with computer application, Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word
Ability to pay attention to detail and stay organized, good time-management skills and the ability to Multitask.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal team members
- Manage and organize files both electronically and physically
- Coordinate schedules and appointments using Outlook Calendar
- Assist with general clerical tasks as needed
