Your Role:
As an integral part of our team, you'll wear two crucial hats:
- Administrative Wizard: Work alongside our Office Manager, mastering the art of organization and administration.
- Staff Champion: Be the go-to person for our hardworking cleaning crew, guiding them from their first day and beyond.
Your Mission Should You Choose to Accept:
- Be the voice of Merry Maids, handling customer inquiries and sales calls with a touch of magic.
- Champion our new hires - from orientation to paperwork, be their guiding star.
- Schedule and juggle appointments like a pro.
- Keep our supply well-stocked.
- Master the art of data entry and file keeping.
- Prepare daily team assignments with a strategic eye.
- Ensure our office space is as welcoming and orderly as the homes we care for.
- Uphold and nurture positive vibes with our customers and team.
- Dabble in the art of cleaning product preparation.
- Tackle diverse office tasks with a can-do attitude.
Who You Are:
- High school diploma or GED individual with a knack for thriving in a lively office environment.
- A seasoned player in customer service/sales (1+ years preferred).
- Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with the basics (Gmail, Word, Excel). Bonus if you know Sales Force
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a proud owner of a personal vehicle.
- Ready to embrace our Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm schedule.
- Clean background and driving record? Perfect!
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a huge plus.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
