Real Estate Assistant / Office Admin

This is a full-Time Opportunity, located by i225 and Alameda. I am a busy entrepreneur looking for an experienced Office Admin/real-Estate Assistant, preferably with a legal background, to provide support for multiple business and varied tasks. I am looking for a highly motivated, self-starting individual to execute and problem solve at a high level, maintaining a mix of projects, people, various ongoing tasks, and the often-urgent interruptions that occur in a bustling and fast-paced business. The administration side of this role will provide support for various small businesses and Real Estate, while the real-estate side will focus on the research and procurement of industrial properties. This role is going to morph, grow, and change as the business grows and changes. This position will pay between $25 to $30 / hour, depending on experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide support through research, data analysis, and project management
• Create processes, systems, goals, and tracking for company tasks
• Manage and push real-estate projects
• Handle various office tasks
• Check daily revenue reports, looking for discrepancies

• Proficient in computer operations including excel
