We’re looking for a new team member who can provide outstanding customer service and play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth operation to our family-focused chiropractic office. The position we have available is for a part time Chiropractic Assistant. This is an entry level position with in-office training provided to the right individual.

This is a part time position with the potential for full time in the future. The hours for this position will be Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 1 PM-5:45 PM, Tuesday 12 PM-5:45 PM. Wage will range from $16-$19/hour starting based on experience.

Training and certification to become a Chiropractic Technician will be required. All certification and continuing education will be paid for.

Responsibilities (some of the key duties)

● Creating an exceptional experience for each and every patient in our office (must have excellent customer service skills)

● Greeting new and existing patients in person and on the phone

● Scheduling patients according to the Doctor’s care plan

● Ready to promote a healthy lifestyle and benefits of regular Chiropractic care (training will be provided)

● Routing patients to rooms and ensuring the patient flow is smooth

● Playing or holding children while parents get adjusted

● Assisting with community outreach and marketing programs (occasional weekend hours required)

● Collecting patient payments as needed

● Efficiently completing varied computer tasks and general clerical duties.

● Keeping the office clean, organized and well-maintained to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for our patients
