Front Desk Receptionist/Chiropractic /Office Assistant

Hours range from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm. Shifts range during the office open hours.

Previous Experience Preferred but will train the right candidate. Experience in management or accounting will be considered for additional compensation.

General Job Duties:
-Greet patients personally and professionally
-Answer phones
-Schedule patients for appointments
-Maintain patient flow by ushering patients to treatment rooms
-Maintain good communication with Front Desk and Doctors
-Educate patients by sharing Chiropractic knowledge
-Keep office presentable at all times
-Collect payments/post to account-Balance shift sheets.
-Miscellaneous small projects

-Facilitate effective patient flow by using the proper call back system

Compensation: $17 to 18 per hour starting pay depending on qualifications - additional benefits and bonuses to be earned. Bonus range expected to be in the 1-2 dollar additional per hour range.

Van Drisse Chiropractic Center has a staff of 14 people ranging from Doctors to managers to patient service representatives and Front Desk reception. We occupy 2 levels of our large, state of the art Chiropractic Clinic. We have 8 adjusting rooms, rehab (spinal decompression), Xray facilities, DOT exam rooms along with a lobby, massage rooms and business offices. We have a kitchen and staff break room for lunch or breaks during our office hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
