Job Title: Help Desk Support Technician - (Onsite)

Primary Skills: coding, team oriented, support O365 apps, remote assistance, desktop/laptop repair, troubleshooting, software installation, hardware, Active Directory.  

Location: Jackson, Mississippi

Required Skills
- Overall IT experience: Required.   3 yrs. +
- Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.     Required.
- Certification: A+ certification. Required.
- Excellent understanding of coding methods and best practices. Required. 3 yrs.
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Required.  3 yrs.
- Ability to work in a team oriented, collaborative environment. Required. 3 yrs.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.  Required. 3 yrs.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.  Required. 3 yrs.
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.  Required. 3 yrs.
- Highly self-motivated and directed. Required.  3 yrs.
- Experience working in a help desk environment. Required. 3 yrs.
- Experienced with providing support for O365 Applications. Required. 3 yrs.
- Experience providing remote assistance using various platforms. Required. 3 yrs.
- Experience in desktop\laptop repair, troubleshooting, and software installation. Required. 3 yrs.
- Hardware Implementation and Deployment. Required. 3 yrs.
- Active Directory Management. Required. 3 yrs.
Education: 
Bachelor's degree in information Technology or related field or equivalent experience required.
