The Office Assistant reports to the office manager. This position requires the ability to multitask, learn new software, greet patients and be willing to learn new duties as assigned. This is a front office position which requires answering phones. The position is part time about 20 hours per week. Need someone who is very flexible with their schedule. Usually Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities and Duties
Greet patients, check in patients, learn computer software and be able to fully function on the job answering phones, setting up appointments, and needs to be strictly confidential. Must be very reliable.
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for a motivated self starter willing to learn and be part of our small office. We need someone who can be flexible with their schedule. Must have some basic computer knowledge and be a quick learner. Must be a high school graduate.
Benefits
