Patient Coordinator/Chiropractic Assistant

The Patient Coordinator/Chiropractic Assistant position is a customer service oriented position, with a significant emphasis on daily personal interaction and patient intake. This empowering role offers room to grow and delivers experience in all aspects of business. Business functions include, but are not limited to, patient intake, patient education, finance, human resources, and operations.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Patient intake
• Ongoing patient interaction/communication
• Assisting the doctors in daily business functions
• Individual therapy education (No previous medical training is necessary)
• Managing phone lines
• Scheduling appointments
• Ordering patient equipment

Requirements of the Job

• Exceptional communicative skills with a diverse cliental

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Hours

• ~32 hours per week (Monday: 9:00am- 6:00pm; Tuesday: 6:15am-12:00pm; Wednesday: 7:15am-6:00pm; Thursday: 9:00am-5:00pm; Fridays: rare depending on events and/or meetings)
• Must be willing to travel locally
• Drivers license and reliable transportation a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
