```Duties```
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the Chiropractic Office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist with patient intake and registration
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Transcribe doctor's notes and instructions
- Manage the office calendar and schedule follow-up appointments
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned by the chiropractor
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any inquiries or concerns
- Assist with front desk duties, including filing, faxing, and organizing paperwork
```Requirements```
- Previous experience working in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to coordinate projects and tasks efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
