Fantastic opportunity for a Chief Operations Officer for a Corporate Restaurant Company in Dallas! You will be responsible for leading and developing Area Directors/ Managers and Support Staff in operations and financial efficiency. 100+ restaurants nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant/ culinary and restaurant activities/ budgets
- Manage and develop Area Directors and General Managers, Managers
- Oversee all guest and employee services and resolve issues if necessary
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation/ ensure systems
- Train and manage Area Directors and Senior Management
- Work with Support Center employees
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Oversee financial responsibilities of field and corporate office
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in COO/ VP of Ops/ Leadership required
- Senior Level Restaurant Operations experience background
- Strong financial / P&L background required
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
