What we are looking for: An experienced individual for the position as Chief Operating Officer to oversee company-wide operations.
As the COO, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company to ensure the business functions smoothly across all departments, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and delivering exceptional customer service.
You will collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans, while also managing budgets and resources. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for driving growth, optimizing processes, and promoting our culture. The COO will report directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Drive operational excellence by overseeing all aspects of the company's operations.
- Develop and execute strategic plans in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to departments, ensuring clear communication and coordination across all teams.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage financial resources, assist with budgets, and ensure cost-effective practices.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, as a COO or similar.
- Strong understanding of the Oil & Gas industry, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Proven track record of successfully managing an enterprise with operations in multiple states.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate organization visions and values.
- Proficient computer skills
- Advanced analytical skills
- Conceptual, strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Independent, must be able to work with little direction or structure.
