Front Desk Receptionist

Looking for experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our medical clinic. We have a dynamic group of professionals that are empathic and prioritize patient wellness.

Position Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for coordinating all functions of the front reception including checking in patients, scheduling appointments for in person and virtual visits. In addition this will include clinical patient service such as reviewing patient scheduling process; collecting, posting, and depositing patient payments as needed; maintaining patient charts and electronic medical records.

Job Requirements:

• Must have 2 year of previous experience in a medical office environment
• Excellent telephone skills
• Data Entry skills/Typing are required
• Must be proficient in Word and Excel
• Team player attitude, energetic, with a focus on excellent customer service
• Attention to detail
• Time Management skills
• Be Organized, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Education/Credentials:

• High school graduate or equivalent
