Diggers Hotline Inc. is the One Call Notification Center for Wisconsin. Diggers Hotline, Wisconsin’s One Call Notification Center, is hiring full and part time Contact Center Representatives in our 24/7/365 New Berlin Call Center! We are professional, customer-centric, fast-paced and our goal is to provide outstanding customer service to anyone who wants to dig in the state of Wisconsin by answering calls and processing tickets in a professional, safe, and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Show up to work consistently and on time per the schedule that is set.
• Gather customer information to process a safe, complete ticket following a set script.
• Have knowledge of maps & directions (North/South/East/West) to successfully complete a ticket.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding locate ticket status.
• Consistently meet or exceed the company's call handling standards.

PAID TRAINING: $17.00/Hour. You must be available every day for the entire 4-week training period. Classes begin February 5th, Monday through Friday, 8am to 2:30pm 3pm to 9:30pm; including a 30-minute unpaid lunch. After successful completion of the training period, wage will increase to $17.75/hour and you will have the potential to earn up to $1000 in retention bonus.

Pay: $17.00 - $17.75 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
