As a Call Center Representative, your role will be to manage customer Internet leads and respond to inquiries in a prompt and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for answering customers' questions about our products, brands, and inventory, and scheduling appointments for interested customers to visit our dealership. Responsibilities

Call Center Representative:

• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Making phone calls to Internet customers
• Following up with any unsold Internet prospects
• Setting appointments
• Delivering memorable moments to our guests is a priority

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
• Friendly phone edict
• Basic computer literacy - Windows 10 or higher
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Substance screening is required of all Performance Toyota employees
