Job Description:
Join the UToledo Online Enrollment Team as a Call Center Representative, where you will play a crucial role in supporting new and prospective online students. As the first point of contact, you'll answer inquiries via phone, email, and text, providing accurate information and ensuring a positive application and enrollment experience. This position involves collaborating with recruitment officers, onboarding advisors, and other team members to address more complex queries. Additionally, you'll be responsible for monitoring social media channels for FAQs and contributing to customer service strategy development.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma, some college
- Customer service mindset
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Call Center environment
- Customer service in a professional setting
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
