This person will enjoy a structured Call Center environment that provides deliberate and consistent calls that need to be handled in a calm and effective manner. The individual will enjoy a rewarding position to help protect property and decrease personal loss.

Dispatch Operator-Call Center Representative-Alarm Operator Responsibilities include:
- Managing calls while navigating Alarm software
- Adhere to detailed instructions to accurately handle alarm calls
- Adhere to confidentiality of customer information
- Perform as an answering service for multiple companies
- Respond to alarm signals and document outcome
