Performs a variety of general clerical and clinical duties to support the assigned area(s) or program.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Comfortable working within and knowledge of EMR systems, medical terminology, and computer platforms highly desired.
- Critical thinking skills and at times being able to work independently are important in our outpatient environment.
- Specific training is provided for select clinical duties including but not limited to: Return to Work authorization checklist, Urine Drug screen collection, Fit Test and Prepare treatment rooms for examination of patients.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Schedule will be 7:30-4, alternating with 2 days one week and 3 days the other.
May require some clinical duties- Medical Assistant highly desired.
