Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Conduct data entry tasks to ensure accurate record keeping
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer experiences
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets
- Handle escalated calls or difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding concerns
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or Call Center environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers of diverse backgrounds
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
