Job description

We are seeking a skilled IT Help Desk Technician to join our team to provide support for
our store inquiries. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling various IT
systems including Jira Helpdesk, Google Workspace, Datto RMM, Connectwise
Automate RMM, Mikrotik Firewalls/Router configuration, IVMS camera systems, Digital
Watchdog Camera systems, and more. This role will primarily focus on resolving
technical issues related to store operations, equipment tracking, remote management,
and network configurations.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve IT Help Desk tickets related to store inquiries promptly and
  • efficiently.
  • Utilize Jira Helpdesk for ticket management and tracking.
  • Maintain and track equipment using Jira Assets management.
  • Provide support for Google Workspace applications including Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Sheets.
  • Utilize Datto RMM and Connectwise Automate RMM for remote management tasks.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Mikrotik Firewalls/Router configurations.
  • Handle setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IVMS and Digital Watchdog Camera systems.
  • Troubleshoot printer issues and maintain printer functionality.
  • Utilize Teamviewer for remote assistance when necessary.
  • Manage eBay marketplace selling activities.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot security solutions.
  • Provide support for phone system troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with ISPs for account management and troubleshooting.
  • Utilize Active Directory for user management and access control.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Jira Helpdesk, Google Workspace, Datto RMM, Connectwise
  • Automate RMM, Mikrotik Firewalls/Router configuration, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with IVMS and Digital Watchdog Camera systems is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for various IT systems and equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field is a plus.
