Description:
We have an immediate opening for an IT Desktop Support team member.
This technician will identify and troubleshoot workstation hardware and software problems. The tech will also respond to, research, and resolve questions received through the Service Desk. Another responsibility of this technician will be the training of employees in the use of computer equipment and related software in informal sessions.
Day to day responsibilities: Working from a ticket que. Will not be taking phone calls often.
