Wellness and Pain LLC is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing all incoming calls and providing exceptional support to multiple healthcare providers across several locations.
- Answering Calls: Handle incoming calls from patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule appointments for patients with various providers.
- Triaging Calls: Assess the urgency of calls and direct them to the appropriate provider or department.
- Patient Assistance: Provide information, answer inquiries, and assist patients with their needs.
- Documentation: Accurately document call details, including patient information and inquiries.
- Problem Resolution: Address patient concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with providers, administrative staff, and other team members to ensure seamless communication and patient care.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of professionalism, empathy, and accuracy in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous Call Center experience preferred.
- Multilingual - Spanish speaking highly preferred
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service: Strong Customer Service orientation and ability to handle challenging situations.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Medical Knowledge: Basic understanding of healthcare terminology and processes.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using phone systems, databases, and electronic health records.
