Come join the team that is redefining the irrigation industry. As a Conserva Customer Support Expert you are a self-starter with outstanding Customer Service and phone skills and someone who has experience with Microsoft Office.
You will be primarily responsible for the answering incoming phone calls, working in our CRM software to schedule and confirm customer appointments, commence the initial sales process with our proven sales process. You are also the point of contact between our customers, service and technicians who are doing the on-site work with our customers. Position is Part Time for now and the hours are 9-2.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers
- Provide administrative support in lead generation, customer loyalty, accounting, daily office procedures, etc.
- Manage calendar of events
- Office Administrative Projects as needed
- Support Revenue Growth by following up with customers to move our pipeline forward
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ of experience in high volume office call centers
- Strong Communication Skills both Written and Verbal with the Desire to Get Answers and to Follow Up.
- Outstanding organizational skills manage multiple priorities in a timely fashion
- Exposure to cloud based operating systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A Problem solver focused on Customer Satisfaction
- Reliable and ready to work each and everyday
- Able to work 9 am to 2 pm every day Monday-Friday
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
