HIGHLY DESIRED candidates have the following skills & ability.
- EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
- EXCELLENT COMMUNCATION SKILLS
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Reliable - the ability to work a 40 hour week (Saturdays OR Sundays required)
- Availability to work between 11:00am - 8:00pm
- Sense of urgency coupled with great organizational skills
- Prior work experience with in a Call Center...is a HUGE plus!
Qualifications
- Ability to thrive in a fast pace enviroment
- Data entry - abilty to enter informatin as it is being provided by the customer
- Must have a GREAT phone presence, Customer Service oriented attitude and share our passion for exceptional service!
