Criticom Monitoring (A Division of ADT Security) is currently hiring Customer Service Monitoring Representatives to work on-site at our Manasquan location! This is an entry level position - great for anyone with a customer service background! We are the first point of contact when an alarm activates and help is needed! 40+ hours each week – guaranteed! We are looking to fill positions on our 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7am). Weekends and holidays are required!

Requirements:
- HS Diploma/GED
- Customer Service Experience
- Weekends, Holidays & Overtime Flexibility
- Computer Literacy
