As a Call Center Representative for our Meter Reading Services Company, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional Customer Service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers regarding meter reading services, meter installations, billing inquiries, and other related issues.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests effectively.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers, demonstrating a genuine commitment to resolving their concerns.
- Handle escalated calls and customer complaints professionally, resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction and escalating unresolved issues to management as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or the equivalent.
- Proficient data entry skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.68 - $25.71 per hour
