- Our Customer Care Specialists currently start between $18.00 - $20.00 an hour plus bonuses and incentives while working from home. This position offers the ability to easily work flexible schedules and avoid all of those sneaky expenses such as tolls, fuel, dry cleaning, etc.; not to mention no commute time!
Contact center agents working from home began as a safety necessity due to COVID-19; however, the organization has really come to embrace its home-based workforce and intends to keep it that way. Due to onsite training and ever-changing regulatory requirements, we encourage only those applicants within a reasonable commute to our Swedesboro, New Jersey location consider applying for this position.

What you’ll do:
- Genuinely connect with each Customer through effortless interactions to get patients the medication they need quickly
- Learn everything needed to be successful through immersion in our comprehensive three-week onboarding process
- Enjoy paid, on-the-job training to become a registered New Jersey Pharmacy Technician

- A high school graduate or equivalent
Automatic Bonus Points (Not required):
- You have worked retail or held Customer Service positions in the past
- You have prior contact center experience
- You have working knowledge as a pharmacy technician
- You have worked as a veterinarian technician or similar role
- You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, & Excel
- You have attended some college or have earned a degree
- You can speak Spanish - Bilingual
When will you work?
New-hire education consists of three weeks of paid in-classroom training at our Swedesboro, New Jersey campus; Monday - Friday. You will tour and learn about our state-of-the-art laboratories and impressive shipping and warehousing operations while being trained to become a Customer Care Specialist and a registered New Jersey Pharmacy Technician.
Upon successful completion of new-hire training, initial work schedules are assigned according to demand; often Monday - Friday, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm, and one Saturday a month working 9:00 am - 5:30 pm. All Customer Care employees participate in regular shift bids where work schedules are awarded to each employee based upon tenure and performance. This affords every agent the ability to regularly compete and be awarded a more desirable schedule.
