Job Description:
- Assist in meetings with clients, their families, or responsible parties upon their engagement and conclusion of services to clarify financial responsibilities and necessary documentation.
- Support the tracking of pending Medicaid cases and aid clients in navigating the Medicaid application process.
- Collaborate with the facility's interdisciplinary team, as well as with regional and corporate office resources, to ensure cohesive operations.
- Contribute to Human Resources tasks, including processing payroll, aiding in recruitment, and helping with the retention of team members.
- Help develop and disseminate compliance initiatives related to the facility's personnel policies and procedures, ensuring all team members are informed and compliant.
