Business Office Assistant

Extended Care Hospital of Riverside is looking for a temporary Business Office Assistant (from 3-6 months). Pay range is $18-$20/hr., depending on experience. Skilled nursing billing experience is required! Must have PCC and Collection knowledge!

We are a skilled nursing facility looking for dynamic associates to join our team and provide our guests with a care experience that will change their lives! If you are a customer service oriented individual with a Business Office Assistant background, we want to meet you!

The Business Office Assistant provides clerical and administrative assistance to support the office manager and administrator of the facility.

Duties may include:

• Assisting with accounting responsibilities.
• Assists with incoming calls and communications.
• Manages filing systems.
• Updates paperwork and documents in word processing.
• Organizes and maintains office areas.
• Performs general office duties.
• Assists with event coordination.
• Provides backup support to office staff.
• Assists with new hire paperwork and onboarding.
• Inputs information into databases and spreadsheets (excel).

Requirements:

• High school diploma required.
• 6 months experience in an office setting required.
• 6 months experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility required.
• At least 1 year of SNF billing experience required.
• PCC and collection knowledge required.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
