**This position is remote but will require occasional travel for onsite meetings**
*Must be eligible to work in the US**
You Will:
Partner with the auto lending business leads to design an innovative and highly effective Loan origination platform that meets current needs and growth ambitions.
Partner with both internal and external development teams to ensure that the platform that is built meets the overall design and delivers the functionality the company needs.
Lead all ongoing and quarterly roadmap planning based on the annual plan.
Manage the prioritization process to ensure we are supporting our auto lending team and customers.
Establish and document clear requirements for the development teams and work with them through the development process to ensure the development is efficient and effective.
Work across the entire organization to ensure all requirements for the new platform are captured
Plan and execute an initial deployment plan for the new platform and subsequently working with all impacted groups to insure they have the training and tools to effectively use the new platform.
Qualifications:
3+ year(s) of experience as Business Analyst/product manager with at least 2-3 years of auto lending experience.
5+ years of experience in the credit or financial technology field.
Ability to understand and familiarity with technologies used in the banking and lending
Ability to collaborate effectively - this is a cross-functional role, and you need to be aligned with your business and engineering partners as architectural and prioritization decisions are made.
Aptitude in understanding the needs of different teams, drive towards clarity in decision making, and communicating clearly to all stakeholders.
Capacity and passion for solving difficult problems.
Knack for providing expectational customer service.
Familiarity with Agile techniques and processes.
Written work samples are desired.
