Summary of Posi ion: As a member of he Projec Managemen Office, his posi ion is responsible for developing and managing echnology projec s on behalf of he Na ional & Global opera ing uni . his will include racking cos s, es ablishing projec imelines and scope, and guiding projec s o comple ion wi hin agreed upon imelines and s andards.
Responsibili ies include developing projec plans, budge s, and process maps, communica ing wi h key s akeholders, effec ively collabora ing wi h projec echnical leads and resources, developing, and main aining projec imelines, associa ed miles ones, and communica ion plans, and managing projec resources.

- Crea e & manage projec plans
- Define projec schedules, alloca e resources, and moni or progress
- Align projec objec ives wi h ins i u ional goals, and ensure projec eams and s akeholders have a common unders anding of projec deliverables
- Deliver echnology solu ions on schedule and wi hin budge parame ers
- Assis projec eam wi h design and developmen asks
- Lead he process of issue iden ifica ion and resolu ion
- Manage risk racking process
- Moni or and manage scope and aler s akeholders and echnology resources in he even of scope changes
- Oversee projec documen a ion, including business cases, char ers, and projec plans
- Cul iva e par nerships be ween clien s, echnical eams, and s akeholders/sponsors
- Manage mul iple projec s simul aneously

Educa ion
- Bachelor's degree in business managemen , communica ions, I , or a rela ed field.
Experience
- Minimum four or more (4+) years' work experience in a fas -paced professional environmen
- Preferred: Experience in higher educa ion
- Proven abili y o onboard and facili a e he execu ion of complex projec s
- Cus omer-facing experience in scoping and analyzing business requiremen s and objec ives
- Proven cus omer engagemen experience
- Experience wi h projec managemen processes
- Preferred: cer ifica ions in Business Analysis and Projec Managemen , Scrum or Agile me hodologies
Required Skills
- Proven work experience in projec managemen , business analysis or an equivalen combina ion of raining and experience necessary o comple e he responsibili ies of he posi ion
