The Opportunity
● Owns the integrity and completeness of data pertaining to the teams supported including underlying data structure, business processes, reconciliation, monitoring and validation
● Inputs and maintains Territory Information Management System (TIMS) data for areas of responsibility
● Adheres to all standard processes defined within role, team, and department. Embraces Agile methodologies and tools including but not limited to PDCAs, documentation management, and visual management
● Develops and supports compensation reporting solutions with a focus on maintaining the integrity of the application data, connecting business data needs with processes and a usable format.
● Provides in depth analytical support focused on business performance, utilization, and interpretation of sales crediting data.
● Collaborates and communicates with peers regarding items that may impact additional or downstream team(s)
● Owns sales crediting requirements gathering, documentation, implementation and changes
● Designs, analyzes, implements, and maintains territory alignment
● Owns quota setting process/tools & compensation reporting for the teams they support
● Trains users on compensation reporting functionality and data
● Point of contact in the business being supported and manages field inquiries within target turnaround times
● Conducts and/or participates in regular stakeholder/sales calls to share knowledge and disseminates information on processes and data
● Utilizes Roche standard development tools while building expertise in applications such as SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Javelin and understands the Roche data structure
● Displays a mindset of high level of change agility by quickly accepting change and driving it in a positive manner
● Builds strong collaborative relationships with peers that includes timely feedback and communication to gain alignment
● Curious to understand data anomalies and seeks to find and resolve data issues that impact sales crediting and quota
● Works across RDC departments to solve issues that impact sales crediting data
Who You Are
● Bachelor’s Degree, experience may be considered in lieu of degree
● 4+ years of analytical experience
● Participation in an approved accelerated development, fellowship or rotational program may be considered in lieu of experience
Preferred Requirements
● Comprehensive computer skills including SQL, Alteryx, Tableau and advanced MS Excel utilization
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
