Our firm is needing a Full time Bookkeeper/ Accounts Payable with property mgmt. experience. Will train on new software, TOPS and Avid Exchange. You will be responsible for accurate data entry, accounts payable, bank reconciliations and record keeping. This position can lead to full time with great future

Responsibilities:
Be proficient in the use or Excel, Microsoft Word, and mainly TOPS ONE. Oversee financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, daily financial entries, reconciliations, including monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and recording payments and adjustments. There will also be the need to help with answer phone calls and taking messages.
