Our organization is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing vendor relationships. This position requires a good understanding of office procedures and excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Accounts Payable records and files.
- Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- Prepare and process checks for payment.
- Prepare and maintain Accounts Payable reports.
- Research discrepancies in Accounts Payable records.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for Accounts Payable records.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
