Novel Iron Works is a third-generation structural steel fabricator located in Greenland, NH. We provide structural steel for construction throughout the Northeast. We pride ourselves on being employee-focused and providing an excellent product for our customers.

This position is ideal for an experienced bookkeeper with general ledger experience who is committed to providing high-quality service to our company. The Accounts Payable position is responsible for processing accounts payable, preparing financial reports, supporting the accounting team and working with management to ensure that all financial deadlines are met. We're interested in hiring individuals with strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process invoices and accounts payable.
• Manage office supplies inventory.
• Reconciling financial data for accounts payable and accruals.
• Keep track of employee expenses.
• Troubleshoot data entry errors.
• Perform reconciliations for bank accounts.
• Help with payroll for the department.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Greenland, NH: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Bookkeeping: 5 years (preferred)
• Structure ERP (preferred)
