Bookkeeper/Accounts Payable

Responsibilities include:

• Generate Invoices.
• Manage accounts payable, month end, year end
• Manage books
• Prepare taxes for accountant
• Payroll
• Prepare reports for the managers.
• Answer Phones
• Enter Service calls In our System
• Bank Reconciliation
• Vehicle renewals & State inspections/filings
• Sales tax
• Deposits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
