Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records by processing and reconciling accounts receivable and payable
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Perform general ledger accounting and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees
- Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with relevant regulations
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency

Experience:
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Quicken or Sage
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and payable processes
- Excellent 10-key typing skills for accurate data entry
- Familiarity with general ledger accounting principles and practices
- Understanding of budgeting concepts and ability to create and manage budgets
- Knowledge of debits, credits, and other fundamental accounting principles
- Familiarity with tax regulations and ability to prepare tax returns
- Solid understanding of financial concepts, including cash flow management, financial ratios, and forecasting techniques
- Experience with payroll processing is preferred
