Full Charge Bookkeeper

```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team who has experience with coast accounting and machine shop. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our financial records and transactions. This is a key role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in various accounting software.

```Responsibilities:```
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as Epircor.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of all financial data
- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies or errors in financial records
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits
- Provide financial reports to management on a regular basis

```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of debits, credits, and general ledger accounting principles
- Proficiency in financial report writing and analysis
- Experience with payroll processing and tax compliance
- Technical accounting skills and ability to apply accounting standards correctly
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Epicor etc.
- Previous experience in public accounting is preferred but not required
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.50 - $28.30 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
