Responsibilities:
- Processing payables and receivables
- Daily Banking requirements and bank reconciliations
- Payroll including, quarterly reports to Federal and State Agencies
- Obtain and maintain staff records to employees’ vacation and sick leave
- Following up with vendors and accurate data entry
- Set up client accounting files, vendor files and job files
- Monthly client billings and reports
- Annual Property Tax Returns and City Quarterly Reports
- Auditing accounts and resolving discrepancies
- Clerical work including filing
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
