Full Charge Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:

• Processing payables and receivables

• Daily Banking requirements and bank reconciliations

• Payroll including, quarterly reports to Federal and State Agencies

• Obtain and maintain staff records to employees’ vacation and sick leave

• Following up with vendors and accurate data entry

• Set up client accounting files, vendor files and job files

• Monthly client billings and reports

• Annual Property Tax Returns and City Quarterly Reports

• Auditing accounts and resolving discrepancies

• Clerical work including filing

• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
