Bookkeeper/Accounting Clerk
A local Jamestown company is looking for bookkeeper/accounting clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Quickbooks Online, hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), and a preference for individuals with budgeting proficiency. Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online for accurate and efficient financial record-keeping.
• Execute budgeting tasks to ensure financial stability and adherence to financial goals.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries as required.
• Collaborate with other team members to support financial decision-making.
• Assist in various accounting tasks as needed.
• Provide support in financial audits and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial operations.
• Stay informed about relevant accounting regulations and updates.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Proficient in AP and AR processes.
• Hands-on experience with budgeting.

Benefits/Compensation

• Full-time or part-time
• Pay Rate is $17-$18 per hour.
• Shift between 8 pm and 5pm
• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
• Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts
• Temp-To-Hire
