As a Digital Banking Associate, you will be working closely with Preferred Bankers and Relationship Managers to prospect, build, and strengthen client relationships with Digital Banking expertise. Responsibilities
- Attend joint calls with Preferred Bankers and Relationship Managers to get acquainted with clients as well as gain knowledge / experience by observing them interact with the client. Individually provide demonstrations, training, and support as needed. Assist clients with billing issues. Work to ensure that attrition is minimized within the existing portfolio.
Facilitate an efficient digital onboarding process by collecting information and pre-filling necessary treasury forms. Monitor the treasury implementation process to understand timeline and communicate expectations to clients. Arrange and conduct training sessions with clients on initial login, setup, and overall navigation. Provide ongoing support as needed, working directly with clients to answer questions or troubleshoot issues. Gather feedback from clients and work closely with product managers to improve upon offered products and services.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to travel within your local market to visit bank offices / clients.
- Banking and/or digital experience preferred.
Hours & Work Schedule
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: Mon-Fri
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
