It - Night Shift Support

OVERVIEW:

The successful candidate will have experience in IT administrative support or a similar role. Experience with general office duties and defers all significant decision making to management. The position calls for initiative, independence, and compliance. The ideal candidate must be able to learn quickly and to engage in several detailed tasks as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES:

• Preparation of tapes, etc. for night run
• Assist in tasks performed by IT staff when on vacation
• Balance prior to night run
• All branches POD transfer to AS400 (Host Export)
• Fed Return file and Fed forward transfer to Fed
• Night’s processing of AS400 & Hplus
• ACH returns processing
• Upload of SWIFT BICTAPES and OFAC
• Performs Systems Maintenance (backup’s, upgrades, bringing up network etc.) when required.

SALARY:

• $65k - $70k based on experience
