Bathing Brands, a national leader in the distribution, installation, and maintenance of steam and sauna bathing environments is currently searching for a Bookkeeper. A background in the construction industry or trades is welcomed but not required. This position reports to the Finance Division Manager.

- Manages and perform monthly accounting close cycle
- Apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to ensure compliance with applicable standards
- Perform activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and overseeing weekly check runs
- Perform account receivable functions including payment applications, collections, and revenue recognition
- W-9 Requests
- Partial and final waivers
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with file Monthly sales tax return
- Customer and vendor maintenance via database software
- Maintain and prepare required periodic reports
Qualifications
- Two to four years of related experience
- Ability to work with all levels of management.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Proficient in Excel skills and working knowledge of MS Office
