Bookkeeper
Temp-to-hire opportunity for a bookkeeper working in a busy manufacturing facility in Belvidere. The Bookkeeper will help with data entry, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, file maintenance, and other accounting-related duties.
Hours: 8am to 5pm OR 7:30am to 4pm
Pay: $20.00/hour DOE
Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Inventory integrity.
- Handle cash disbursements.
- Invoicing/billing
- Customer credits and collections
- Payroll
- Prepare materials for company meetings-budget and forecasts.
Bookkeeper Requirements:
- Knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with Accounting in a manufacturing setting.
- Highly organized.
