LSSI is hiring a full-time Accountant/Bookkeeper. Responsible for maintaining designated database, billing, and accounts receivables as well as basic administrative duties for the Accounting Team.

Essential Functions:
Research and resolve discrepancies/Disputes in accounts payable and/or accounts receivables.
Prepare and submit required reports for assigned sites.
Prepare vendor maintenance forms and/or required billings.
Prepare worksheets monthly.
Maintain designated database, including but not limited to reviewing, coding, and entering data.
Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting required.
Minimum two years specialized financial training or equivalent experience required.
Three years bookkeeping experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to focus on details.
Experience using Evolv database preferred.
Ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
Knowledge and experience with pc/computers, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point)
