Bookkeeper For Aerospace Machine Shop

Duties:

- Payroll & Payroll taxes

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

- Account Payables & Receivables

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles

- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles

- Ability to complete & pay weekly, monthly, and quarterly payroll taxes

- Proficiency in using QuickBooks

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Familiarity with account reconciliation processes

- Solid understanding of debits and credits in accounting

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- This position may become a full-time position in the future and includes the potential for remote work.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
