Medical Assistant Job Discription

Elite MSO LLC is a management agency that works with several companies in varaity of fields ranging from relistate to medical. We are currently looking for a part-time bookkeeper able to work both on and off-site to help expedite and organize our data entry and financial records. The most suitable candidate will be able to complete a 20-hour work week. This Hybrid position reports directly to the CEO in our Princeton location. The ideal candidate will be able to work on multible projects at once.

Job Responsibilities:
● Manage financial accounts for multiple businesses and companies
● Match order forms with invoices, and record the necessary information.
● Prepare bank deposits by compiling data from cashiers, verifying and balancing receipts, and sending cash, checks, or other forms of payment to banks.
● Maintaining data entry on specialized accounting software, debit, credit, and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases.
● Develop detailed income, expenses, and other reports on a monthly
● Perform general office duties, such as filing, answering telephones, office supply inventory, and handling routine correspondence.

Required:
● Quickbooks 3-5 years
● Excel 3-5 years
● 3-5 years of experience
● Strong verbal and written communication

Preferences:
● Strong multitasking skills
● Strong teamworking skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
