Spherion is seeking a Bookkeeper in Flemington, NJ. The bookkeeper will be working in a newly remodeled office environment with about 10 other employees. As a bookkeeper you will be working and supporting multiple lines of business for a growing company.

Responsibilities:
Quickbooks entry for multiple lines of business
Journal Entries
Payables and Receivables
Reconciliations and categorization
Reporting and budgeting analysis
Weekly Meeting reporting (Excel & Powerpoint)
Maintain Scanning and filing of documentation
Audit support
Quarterly Sales Taxes
Work very closely with the accountant
Additional duties as assigned
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
A relevant degree (eg: accounting, business administration) is highly preferred.
Education:
Associate
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years hands on experience.
Excellent Excel Skills (eg: data entry, pivot tables, graphs, vlook-up, formating, report presentation).
Excellent Powerpoint skills (eg: importing data tables, editing, color scope, graph formatting, report presentation etc).
Ability to understand relational dependencies (ie "Join the dots" with data and meaning/context)
Ability to prioritize workload and tasks according to deadlines.
